The Simplest Way to Wear Your Contact Lenses

For most people, contact lenses are an easy way to look better than ever. But for those brand new to using them, the act of putting one on can feel at least slightly intimidating. But fear not! Simple guide to ease contact lens use

Step 1: How to Prepare Your Environment

Make sure you are in a clean, well-lit environment before starting. It will make sure you do not loose your lens and that absolutely no dirt or bacteria gets into your eye. Use soap and water to wash your hands well, then pat them dry with a lint-free towel.

Step 2: Gather Your Supplies

Use your other hand to pull down the lower lid of one eye Gaze straight ahead or slightly upwards and place the lens gently against your eye. Let your eyelids slip out slowly as you blink, and that will help the contact settle in place.

Step 5: Repeat It on The Other Eye

With your first lens in, you will want to do the same step for the other eye. The important thing here is to keep the lens separate from each eye so there is no confusion.

Step 6: Final Check

Once both lenses are in, see if your vision is good. If you are ready to roll, always feel comfortable and confident. If it feels uncomfortable take them out slowly and rinse with solution before attempting again
